Dianna Effner had always dreamed of creating a line of dolls that would be accessible to hobbyists and artists for repaint. She intended they would be produced in a factory and be available to her fans at an affordable price. She began the project, and it was left to her daughters to see it through to completion.

Dianna Effner's Li'l Dreamer Evianna is 28cm, 11 inches tall, made from vinyl and comes wearing white cotton and lacy undergarments, inside a beautiful display box.
Evianna has a long blonde wig held in place by a silicon wig cap, so that it can be changed easily.
She is made from the highest quality vinyl, which is often described as feeling like porcelain, a material Dianna loved to work with. Evianna's painted eyes are blue.
